What is Omega 3?

Omega-3 is essentially a name we call some essential fatty acids. There are three main omega-3 fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Yes! These fatty acids are essential components of all human cells. Mainly heart, brain, and eyes.
